Recover your account

There is no email reset. Enter your username and your recovery key (or one of your single-use backup codes) to set a new password.

Both are in the trancr-recovery-key.txt file you saved when you registered (or when you last regenerated a key).
At least 6 characters, with upper- and lower-case, a digit, and a symbol.

Lost both your key and your backup codes? Because Trancr keeps no email or phone number for you, there's no other way to prove the account is yours, so it can't be recovered. You're welcome to start a new account, or contact us if you think something else is wrong.
